We’re flexible in our approach to work around business commitments. As a guide, the process can be broken down into 5 stages:

1. We agree upon a brief that is focused on your business objectives. You supply us with your logo, images and corporate identity guidelines if you have these. If not we can help you in all these areas.
2. We produce and share with you first draft designs of the home page and other key pages for you to review and approve.
3. You provide us with the text, graphics and photography. If you are struggling we can help draft text, perform illustration and stage professional photography for you. We will layout the text, graphics and imagery on each page in a way that highlights your key messages. We will consult with you throughout this process.
4. We perform final edits of both website design and content, tweaking it to your specification across different browsers and devices.
5. We launch the website on your chosen domain name. 

Yes. You will just need to point it to our servers, where the website will be hosted. If you do not know how, we can assist with this.

A marketing and design brief, provide your logo, text content for and photos. We can provide professionally written copy and professional stock images.  if you select an appropriate package. We also offer professional photography if you’re not satisfied with the quality of your own images.  We offer a professional logo branding service if you need a new logo designed for your business.

This depends upon your objectives. We use WordPress for most brochure style websites and tend to use WooCommerce for those websites requiring ecommerce functionality.

For manufacturer customers who wish to offer websites to a large approved retailer or franchised retailer network, we offer a bespoke platform. This platform allows the manufacturer to centrally distribute and control content such as new product info and news items across all retailer websites. The individual retailers are equipped with a CMS enabling them to make content edits, localise their marketing efforts, and simultaneously add stock for sale to both their own websites and several classified advertising websites in a few clicks.

It’s entirely up to you! As a full service marketing agency, most of our customers opt for a Done For You or DFY approach! This is a fully managed service in which we manage all content on their behalf. For those customers wishing to self-manage, we provide a 1 hour training session and the option of a monthly support package.

Keeping your website backed up, secure and up to date with the latest software version releases can be time consuming and divert you away from running your business. As web browsers and software technologies evolve, it can be difficult to keep abreast of the necessary updates and upgrades to keep your site functioning properly. Incompatibility issues may also arise between software plug-ins which may impair user experience or lead to long periods of downtime.

Needless to say, we strongly recommend taking out one of our website maintenance packages. All our maintenance packages include daily back-ups, spam checks, software plug-in updates, theme and extension upgrades. Monthly packages start from £49.  If you have already purchased third-party plugins and extensions that require a license for updates, these charges will not be included in the monthly fee.

The duration of the website build depends on the complexity and size of the website. Typical turnaround times are currently 40 days. We have also worked on very large websites in which a go-live has followed several months of research, analysis, consultation and full content creation.

Ideally, we would like to receive original artworks supplied in file formats such as a PDF or EPS files to ensure we can deliver the best results. Alternatively, high quality PNG or JPEG files may be sufficient.  All text can be supplied in any word processor or text file format. We do not accept scanned, photographed or hand-written/drawn artworks and text.

Yes. 100% owned by you. 

We have developed privacy related policies, notices and processes for many organisations as part of a wider retained service provision. However, we have not done so without the final review and approval of that organisation’s appointed solicitor.

We do not offer legal advice nor assure our customer’s compliance with the UK or EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) or any privacy regulations enforced outside of the EU and UK. Adequate privacy policies and necessary processes are unique to your own specific organisation’s activities and country of operation. For UK based organisations, privacy guidance is provided by the The Information Commissioner’s Office website. For organisations outside of the UK, please consult the relevant independent regulatory office.
