Whether working with a manufacturer, dealer, business or private customer – he was driven by a genuine desire to help each customer succeed. He achieved this by gaining an in-depth insight into their needs and expectations to direct new product development and improvements to cloud and mobile app-based products.
He also utilised this insight in direct sales, tendering and sales process improvement, achieving a win-win for both customer and company. Carl also applied it in the creation and management of highly effective marketing communications spanning web, social, print, events and video as well as exposure in national press and TV.
